Continuous cloud operation and infrastructure optimization

Autonomous agent orchestration, SRE execution, and multi-cloud governance

Virtusa delivers unified cloud managed services designed to optimize availability, maintain application resilience, and control operational costs across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

Agentic cloud orchestration
Deploys specialized autonomous agents, including Resolution recommendation and automated diagnostics, to manage cloud operations. This capability replaces eyes-on-glass monitoring with human-in-the-loop AI-native orchestration, decoupling capacity growth from operational headcount.

Site reliability engineering
Replaces rigid L1-L3 support tiers with consolidated Agent Ops units that eliminate technical debt and build self-healing architectures. SRE teams manage continuous optimization, auto-remediation scripts, and proactive health baselines to prevent service degradation.

Observability and incident management
Integrates telemetry across Splunk, Datadog, and Dynatrace to shift operations from reactive monitoring to intent-based health management. The platform provides real-time visibility into system anomalies, allowing automated agents to trigger root-cause fixes before ticket creation.

AI governance and FinOps
Establishes real-time guardrails, dynamic token routing, and spend auditing across cloud and LLM architectures. FinOps governance tracks resource utilization and unit economics to prevent cost escalation and maximize return on cloud investments.

Hyperscaler cloud operations
Surfaces native hyperscaler capabilities across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform while maintaining canonical partner frameworks. Delivers automated infrastructure provisioning, database modernization, and cloud-native workload optimization at enterprise scale.
