Control enterprise AI operations with governed harness frameworks

Centralized risk controls and policy enforcement for model deployments

Virtusa delivers comprehensive enterprise AI governance services that bridge regulatory compliance with daily engineering execution. Industry analysis in Gartner's Hype Cycle for AI indicates that only 44% of enterprises maintain explicit policies for autonomous agents. Our end to end service delivery model embeds continuous oversight across the machine learning lifecycle through four core capability pillars:

AI risk and compliance assessments: Evaluate existing models against global regulations, internal policies, and NIST standards.
Model operations and continuous monitoring: Track model drift, token usage, and runtime latency in real time
Data privacy and security guardrails: Enforce prompt injection defenses, role-based access, and secure data handling
Algorithmic bias testing and fairness audits: Identify and mitigate algorithmic bias to ensure equitable outcomes

These managed capabilities integrate custom gateway controls, automated evaluation harnesses, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints to ensure full auditability across all LOB deployments.
